Project 747 Phases
PHASE 1 — THE RUNWAY
This gets us the building
Now → March 1, 2026
Goal: $4,515,000 or More
Before any plane can lift off, it needs a strong, clear runway. Phase 1 provides the financial foundation for the building project — architectural needs, building preparation, and essential early expenses, including the purchase of the buildings.
What Phase 1 accomplishes:
Secures momentum and the buildings
Allows permitting and early construction steps
Demonstrates collective commitment
Sets up the church for a strong 2026
Milestones
25%: $1,128,750 by December 12, 2025
50%: $2,257,500 by January 11, 2026
75%: $3,386,250 by February 10, 2026
“Faith to takeoff when the runway seems too short.”
PHASE 2 — TAKEOFF
March 1st → September 15th
Goal: $2,754,600
Total by September 15th- $7,269,600
This is the season where the vision lifts off the ground. As construction begins, we will see weekly and monthly progress. Takeoff is about acceleration — each person, couple, family, and business joining together in sacrificial momentum.
What Phase 2 accomplishes:
Major progress in construction
Momentum through recurring giving
Pledge fulfillment from Phase 1
Celebratory events and updates
“Takeoff happens when we rise together.”
PHASE 3 — ABOVE & BEYOND
September 15th → ONGOING
Goal: $2,730,400
Total Campaign Goal Reached: $10,000,000
This is the season where we prepare for impact, celebrate God’s faithfulness, and finish strong. “Above & Beyond” speaks to the supernatural — abundance, blessing, expansion, and everything God does beyond our capacity and imagination.
What Phase 3 accomplishes:
Final construction completion
Community impact stories
Financial runway for future ministries
“God takes us Above & Beyond what we could ask or imagine.”
A Home to Multiply People, Leaders & Churches
Rivers Church began with a dream—literally. In 2023, Pastor Drew felt God speak through a vision of a 747 taking off from a runway far too short. What shouldn’t have been possible, God made possible. That same faith carried Drew and Megan to Castle Rock, launching Rivers Church in September 2024. Today we are a growing community meeting in Castle Rock Middle School and in homes—but now it’s time to build a permanent home for worship, discipleship, and mission.

A 300-seat auditorium
